SHIPPING POLICIES
Free Standard delivery
Oval Clothing is the parent company of Diane Dubé and takes care of order processing. Oval will happily provide FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all customer direct US orders $50 and over (excluding any discounts or specials). For shipments totaling less than $50, there is a delivery charge of $6.95 for standard shipping. Orders for in-stock merchandise placed before 2PM EST Sunday through Saturday will be shipped the next business day. You will be notified if your shipment is delayed or if an item is back ordered or out of stock. The free shipping offer also applies to Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii. In stock items should arrive within 3-5 business days. Our standard shipping options are UPS and USPS Ground.

Orders must be received by 2 PM Eastern Time Monday through Friday for this service and you must add a street address and phone number. (Not available in AK, HI or Puerto Rico)
Canadian Shipments
All Canadian Orders ship via Canada Post for a flat rate of $27 USD. Please allow 5-7 business days for shipping. There is no weekend delivery. Priority Shipping rates are stated under International Shipping.
International Shipping
International orders will be charged an additional $40.for Global Expedited Service and $50 for Global Express Service. All duties, taxes and shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
UPS Global Expedited Service
- Delivery typically within two business days to most destinations in Canada
- Delivery typically within three business days to Mexico
- Delivery typically within three to four business days to major destinations in Europe
- Delivery typically within four to five business days to major destinations in Asia and Central and South America
Ups Global Express Service
- Delivery by 10:30 a.m. or 12:00 noon
- Next business day delivery to Canada and for documents to Mexico
- Second business day delivery to business centers in Europe and Latin America
- Delivery within two or three business days to Asia
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Orders for in-stock merchandise placed before 2 PM EST Monday through Friday will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed after 2 PM EST, on weekends or on a holiday, will be processed the following business day. Our transportation partners do not process orders on the weekend, so if you place an order after the cutoff time on Friday, your order will be processed on Monday.
Business Days: Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Second Day Air and Next Day Air: Orders must be placed by 2 PM EST to be processed on the next business day. Processing Time: Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by close of business day Monday.
Return Policy
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied please down load our return form from our web site and complete the form. To ensure proper credit, mail the Oval Clothing Return Form with the unworn item and your Packing Slip to us within 90 days of receipt of purchase. We will be happy to exchange the unworn item for a replacement or your purchase price will be cheerfully refunded. For items past 90 days of purchase please contact us at 1-412-362-0327 or e-mail custserv@ovalclothing.com. Please note that Diane Dubé is not responsible for return shipping charges.
We try to expedite all returns as we receive them. Please allow two weeks from your shipping date for your account to be credited and one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. You may also check the status of a return by contacting us 2 weeks after mailing your item.
How do I simply exchange an Item?
Diane Dubé utilizes the return process instead of exchanging items. We find this transaction is easier for the customer because there is less hassle, worry, and waiting. If you purchased something you would like to exchange, simply visit www.ovalclothing.com and place an order for the item you would like. Then, return the original item with the Return Form and Packing Slip back to us. We will process your return when we receive your package. During this process, you will probably receive your new item and be wearing it before we even receive your package.
Return Procedures
We encourage you to protect yourself from loss or theft by insuring your return shipment. Remember to save a copy of your Return Form and Packing Slip until you receive your refund from us. Please note that Oval Clothing is unable to issue a credit or refund for any items damaged or lost on their way back to us, so take special care in packing your item.
- Re-pack the item in the original manufacture’s packaging and place in shipment box.
- Fill out the return form down loaded Return Form from the Oval Clothing website with all of your return information and enclose it along with your packing slip and the item so we can expedite the reimbursement to your original payment method. Failure to include all paperwork will delay the crediting process.
- Send it back to Oval Clothing via your preferred carrier. Please note you are responsible for the return shipping charges. The address is:

Cancellation Policy
Before you finalize your order, carefully review the choices, quantities, color selections and the total amount in your shopping cart. Once your order has been submitted, it will begin processing almost immediately. The only time that you can cancel or modify your order is before you hit the submit button. Once you hit submit, your order cannot be changed online. If you need to make a revision after you submit an order, you must call our Customer Service Department at 1-412-362-0327. (Mon-Fri 9AM-6PM EST)
If it is too late to revise your order, and your order is in the shipping process you may refuse the delivery when your package arrives. Refused packages are sent directly back to Oval.
